Early Warning Report Filed on Sedar
Vancouver, BC - Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SYH) (OTC Grey: SYHBF) (the “Company”) announces pursuant to its private placement closing announced August 15, 2013, Mr. William Trimble of West Vancouver, BC acquired ownership of 1,250,000 flowthrough units for the aggregate consideration of $100,000. Following the acquisition, Mr. Trimble has ownership and control over 3,440,050 common shares of the Company and 3,440,000 share purchase warrants representing 8.37% issued and outstanding shares (15.45% assuming exercise of the 3,440,000 share purchase warrants). Mr. Trimble acquired the shares for investment purposes and, as disclosed in the Early Warning Report, may in the future acquire or dispose of securities of the Company through the market, privately or otherwise, as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
