LOMIKO METALS INC. - $150,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Vancouver, BC. - LOMIKO METALS INC. (TSX-V:LMR) January 6, 2011. Lomiko Metals Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received subscriptions in the aggregate of $150,000 and will issue, upon approval, an aggregate of 2,500,000 units at $0.06 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of a warrant, each whole warrant being exercisable at a price of $0.10 for a period of twelve months. The Company will now make the necessary filings for approval. The proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.
