Colibri Resource Corporation Announces Grant of Options
Dieppe, NB. April 23, 2021. (CBI-TSXV) Colibri Resource Corporation (“Colibri” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has granted 1,900,000 incentive options to officers, directors, and consultants. The options vest immediately, have a term of five years and are exercisable at $0.10 per share.
