Vancouver, B.C.: Bell Copper Corporation (“Bell Copper” or the “Company”) (TSX-V Symbol: BCU) announces that the Company will issue to Macquarie Bank for the period ended June 30, 2010 common shares of the Company based on the volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) for the last 5 trading days of the month as follows:
- Interest due for June 2010 and payable in shares is $51,628.44 number of shares issued is 226,639 shares at a VWAP of $0.2278 per share
