VICTORIA, BC, March 7, 2013 – Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: NCM) (USOTC: NCMBF) (“Newcastle” or the “Company”) is pleased Suite 416 108-800 Kelly Road to announce that effective at the opening of trading today the Company's Victoria, BCV9B 6J9 share capital will be trading on a post-consolidated basis under its new T 250 474 7999 F 250 474 7997 name, GoldON Resources Ltd., and new ticker symbol: GLD.

Shareholders who hold their shares through a broker or other intermediary and do not have shares registered in their name will not be required to complete a letter of transmittal. No fractional shares will be issued under the share consolidation, and any fraction will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
GoldON Resources will have 20,713,224 common shares issued and outstanding on a post-consolidation basis. All outstanding warrants and stock options of the Company will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the share consolidation.
