HARVEST GOLD ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

Vancouver, B.C. / October 23, 2015 - Harvest Gold Corporation (TSX.V: HVG) (the “Company” or “Harvest Gold”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Zablotny as a Director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Zablotny has worked in the securities business in Vancouver for over 35 years with both national and local firms. His experience includes, trading, credit and compliance work as a fully licensed professional.

The Company also announces that Robert Cuffney has resigned as a Director of the Company. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Cuffney for his services provided to the Company.

He is a first rate geologist and always provided excellent perspective on all properties we worked on or investigated. Experience in the securities industry, and particularly in the compliance area, is extremely helpful to junior exploration companies in the new regulatory environment in which we work.”
