Labrador Announces New Time and Location for Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Labrador Technologies Inc. (TSX Venture: LTX) ("Labrador" or the "Company") announced today that the time and location for the annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") scheduled to be held at 2:00 p.m. (Calgary Time) on Tuesday, July 2 2013 has been changed due to the state of emergency declared within the City of Calgary in response to flooding, road closures and building evacuations.
The Meeting will now be held at 3:00 p.m. on June 28, 2013 at the offices of Burstall Winger LLP which are located at Suite 1600, 333 - 7th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta.
