(the “Company”) reports that pursuant to the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on February 12, 2015, Ms. Barbara Dunfield, M.B.A. resigned from the Company as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective February 12, 2015, and Tyler Friesen, C.A., has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
