OPTIONS GRANTED

Under the terms of its Stock Option Plan, Bitterroot Resources Ltd. (“the Company”) has granted, effective September 3, 2010, incentive stock options to acquire 200,000 common shares at $0.10 per share, expiring September 2, 2015. The Company has also cancelled 200,000 options to acquire 200,000 common shares at $0.53 expiring April 4, 2011.
