RedQuest Capital Announces Management Change
RedQuest Capital Corp [RedQuest] (RQM: NEX) announces the retirement of Mr. Larry Okada, CFO, effective July 5, 2016 and the resignation of Mr. Brian Fowler as President and CEO, and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.
Mr. Okada has been providing effective and constant workmanship since 2010 and the board wishes him a rewarding retirement. The board also extends its gratitude to Mr. Fowler for his leadership since 2010. Mr. Fowler, co‐founder of the company, will remain on RedQuest’s board and continue to assist management in sourcing and concluding a suitable Qualifying Transaction or business arrangement.
Mr. Guy Le Bel, director, will assume the roles of President, CFO and Corporate Secretary effective immediately.
