LION ROCK ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Vancouver, British Columbia – March 14, 2025 – Lion Rock Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ROAR), (FSE:
KGB1) (the “Company” or “Lion Rock”) announces that Kevin Bottomley has resigned as a director of
the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Bottomley fo r his hard work and dedication over the years and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
