Prospect Ridge Resources Announces Appointment of Toby Lim to Board of Directors
VANCOUVER – February 24, 2022 – Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. (the "Company" or "Prospect Ridge") (CSE:
PRR) (OTC Pink: PRRSF) is pleased to announce that Toby Lim has been appointed as a director, with Liam Corcoran
voluntarily stepping down from his position on the board. The Company would like to thank Mr. Corcoran for his
efforts on behalf of the Company.
Mr. Lim has been a corporate and securities lawyer for over 20 years, and has served as a Board and Committee
member for a number of public companies throughout that time. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with
honours from the University of British Columbia, received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law
School in 1996, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1997.
