HAWKMOON RESOURCES APPOINTS VP OF INVESTOR RELATIONS

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA , June 7 , 202 1 - Hawkmoon Resources Corp. (CSE:HM; FSE:966)

(“Hawkmoon” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Clémence Bertrand as Vice-

President of Investor Relations.

Ms. Bertrand joins Hawkmoon after seven years as a marketing and investor relations manager for a TSX-

and Nasdaq-listed company. Ms. Bertrand holds a master’s degree in International Business from HEC

Montreal.

As VP of Investor Relations, Ms. Bertrand will be responsible for ensuring effective communication

between Hawkmoon and the financial community. In addition, she will manage the Company’s social

media presence and provide French translation services for the Company’s marketing materials.
