Patriot Petroleum Corp. Appoints New Director

February 24, 2011 – Vancouver, British Columbia. Patriot Petroleum Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Sean Dickenson as a director of the Company.

Mr. Dickenson is an independent financial consultant involved in the administration and strategic planning of private and public companies with eleven years of experience focusing on corporate management and finance. Mr. Dickenson has previously held various consultant and officer/director positions with Canadian and US public oil & gas companies. From 2003 to 2007 he was in charge of Partner Development at Business Objects SA and from 2002 to 2003, Mr. Dickenson was an Investment Advisor with RBC Dominion Securities Inc. In 1996, Mr. Dickenson graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

The Company also announces that John Hislop has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue other business interests. The Company thanks Mr. Hislop for his contribution to Patriot Petroleum Corp. and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
