December 8, 2020 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Trench Metals Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV: TMC) announces that Edward Lyons, a director of the Company, has passed away. The board of directors expresses its deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Lyons, and its gratitude for his contributions to the Company.

Following the passing of Mr. Lyons, the board of directors consists of Simon Cheng, Scott Davis and Mark Ferguson.
