PURE ENERGY ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR

September 11, 2013 TSX-V Symbol: PE

Vancouver, B.C.: Pure Energy Minerals Limited (“Pure Energy” or the “Company”) (TSX-V Symbol: PE) Pure Energy announces that Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Accountants (the “Former Auditor”) have resigned as auditors of the Company, effective September 9, 2013. Accordingly, the board of directors have appointed MacKay LLP, Chartered Accountants (the “Successor Auditor”) of Vancouver, British Columbia as auditors for the Company.

There were no reservations in the Former Auditor’s reports for the two most recently-completed financial years or for any period subsequent to the most recently-completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the date of the Former Auditor’s resignation. There are no reportable events between the Company and the Former Auditor. The resignation of the Former Auditor as auditors of the Company has been approved by the Company’s board of directors. The Company’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors have reviewed the Notice of Change of Auditors, together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the Successor Auditor.
