ASTORIUS GRANTS SHARE PURCHASE OPTIONS

Astorius Resources Ltd. (ASQ -- TSX Venture) ("Astorius") has granted share purchase options to three of its Directors and Officers as to a total of 800,000 shares. The options vest immediately, will be exercisable for $0.10 per share and will have 5-year terms expiring June 5, 2018.

The 800,000 options which have been granted essentially replace options held by the optionees which expired in January 2013.
