ROKMASTER ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETINGS RESULTS
(October 17, 2019, Vancouver, B.C., Canada) - Rokmaster Resources Corp. (“Rokmaster” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all matters as set out in the Company’s Notice of Meetings and Information Circular, both dated September 6, 2019, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast by the Company’s shareholders at its 2018 and 2019 Annual General and Special Meetings held on October 11, 2019 (the “Meetings”).
Two of the Company’s directors did not stand for re-election at the Meetings and the Company wishes to thank Mr. David Moore for his valuable guidance in the Company’s lead-zinc exploration in British Columbia since 2017 and Mr. Larry Okada for his invaluable advice, exceptional service, friendship and steadfastness since the Company’s inception in 2011. John Mirko, Rokmaster’s President and CEO, states “Larry is a true friend and a mentor to us all here at Rokmaster and we wish him and David all the best.”
J&L Update
The Company and Huakan International Mining Inc., have mutually agreed to extend the Term Sheet expiry date regarding the J&L Property option until October 31, 2019 to facilitate completion of the contemplated Definitive Agreement.
