Vancouver, Bri�sh Columbia, Canada, March 1, 2024 – Discovery Lithium Inc. (CSE: DCLI) (OTC: DCLIF) (FRA: Q3Q0) (the “Company,” or “Discovery Lithium”), a Canadian explora�on company focused on advancing domes�c energy freedom through regional lithium discovery, announces it intends to re-price and accelerate a total of 525,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants").
The Warrants are currently exercisable at a price of $0.60 per share un�l August 24, 2025. The Warrants are being re-priced and accelerated to be exercisable at a price of $0.32 per share un�l March 22, 2024.
