Press Release VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (August 28, 2019) – JDF EXPLORATIONS INC.

("JDF" or the " Company") The Company announce s the appointment of Mr. Gregory Michael Thomas

as its new CEO and President replacing Mr. Ravinder Pannu who has resigned from those positions but

will remain on as a member of the Board of Directors . Mr. Thomas has 31 years of experience in the

investment industry and mining ex ploration and development sector , he is currently the CEO of Regal

Resources.

The Company further announces that Mr. Thomas has also been appointed to the Board of Directors. He

is a founder, Former director and officer of Black Bull Resources Inc. and former officer of Mansfield

Minerals and Cathedral Gold Corp, all companies listed on the TSX.

JDF is please to also announce that it has closed on a private placement offering of an aggregate of

$50,000 for the issuance of 1,666,666 common shares. The shares shall be subject to a four month plus

one day hold period, no finder’s fees were payable. Proceeds from the placement will be used for General

working capital.
