BOARD CHANGES

August 11, 2023 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Canter Resources Corp. (the “Company”)

announces the appointment of Mr. Eric Saderholm as a Director effective August 10, 2023.

Mr. Saderholm is a professional Senior Geologist and former Newmont Exploration Manager for

the Western US. He has work on numerous large mines and projects, including Bingham Canyon,

Carlin, Midas, Gold Quarry, Twin Creeks, Lonetree, Mule Canyon, Black Pine, Genesis and

Yanacocha. He has nearly 4 decades of experience in the minerals industry.
