The Company’s priority project is the Slocan Silver Camp, located at Sandon in the West Kootenay Region of Southern British Columbia. The main focus of the project is the Main Lode structure (see attached map) which is approximately eight kilometers in length. The Main Lode has hosted the majority of the most productive mines in the Slocan Silver Camp. Although there have been many producing mines along the Main Lode structure there are numerous areas along the structure that are under explored. The Company’s view is that there is potential to find additional mineralization in these under explored areas of the Main Lode.
Our current focus is to work with the engineering company Golder Associates (Golder) and the Ministry of Energy and mines to remain compliant so we may continue to explore the Main Lode and many of the other targets that we are eager to test. Klondike just completed a property visit a few weeks ago with Golder and a team from Klondike in attendance to establish a work plan for the remainder of the summer into fall.
Further to the news release of Aug 12 the Company anticipates closing its private placement by September 12, 2015.
