STEM 7 CAPITAL ANNOUNCES SHARE CONSOLIDATION

January 9, 2015 - Vancouver, B.C. – Stem 7 Capital Inc. (TSX.NEX: CI.H, Frankfurt: T9NB, OTC- BB: CNGZF) (the “Company”) announces that effective January 12, 2015, its issued and outstanding common shares will be consolidated such that every ten (10) existing shares will be consolidated into one

(1) new share. Effective at the open of trading on January 12, 2015, the shares will trade on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis under the new trading symbol “STS.H”.
