VEGA MINING RECONSTITUTES BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT
April 20, 2022 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Vega Mining Inc. (the “Company”) announces that it has reconstituted its board of directors to consist of Gordon Friesen, Scott Davis and Allan Glowach. The reconstituted board of directors has appointed Gordon Friesen as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
