Coltstar Ventures Inc. ("Coltstar"), announces that Bruno Gasbarro has resigned from the board of Directors, to focus on other business ventures. Mr. Gasbarro was a founding director and served as the initial President and CEO, and more recently as Chief Financial Officer of the Company which was listed as a CPC on October 29, 2007. The Company thanks Mr. Gasbarro for his efforts on behalf of Coltstar Ventures and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
