EUREKA RESOURCES, INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMEN T OF CHRISTIAN WHITEHEAD AS A DIRECTOR OF EUREKA RESOURCES LTD, AND RESIGNATION OF DR. ALASTAIR SINCLAIR

Vancouver, BC, September 15, 2010 - Eureka Resources, Inc. (“EUK”) announces that Christian Whitehead, P. Geo has been appointed a director of EUK effective immediately. Mr. Whitehead managed Hawthorne’s field project on the Frasergold property and Eureka believes that his knowledge of Frasergold will be beneficial in allowing EUK to advance this property.

Mr Whitehead replaces Dr. Alastair Sinclair, who has decided to resign as a director of EUK. The Company thanks Dr. Sinclair for his years of service and his valuable contributions to EUK.
