RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Vancouver, Canada – April 1, 2011 - (TSXV: BZD) ("Brazilian Diamonds" or "the Company") announces that Kenneth Judge has resigned as a director of the Company effective March 30, 2011. Mr. Judge has tendered his resignation as a board member in order to focus on his other personal and business commitments. The board wishes to extend its thanks and appreciation for Mr. Judge’s lengthy and much appreciated service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Francis Johnstone has also stepped down as Chairman but remains as a Director of the Company. Stephen Fabian has been appointed as Chairman to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Francis as Chairman.
