PATRIOT PETROLEUM CORP. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

August 7, 2015 - Vancouver, BC (TSX-V: PPC) Patriot Petroleum Corp. ("Patriot" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Cooper as a director and as President of the Company. Mr. Cooper replaces Steve Bajic as a member of the Company's board of directors. Patriot would like to thank Mr. Bajic for his service to the Company.

Mr. Cooper is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 35 years of experience in senior executive management roles with public and private companies operating in Canada and abroad, and has a significant record of achievement in the areas of strategic change, financial management and stakeholder relations.
