Strike Graphite Announces Changes in Officers

September 23, 2013, Vancouver, BC - Strike Graphite Corp. (TSX-V: SRK) (the “Company”) announces that Blair Way has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Way will remain on the board of directors. The Company would like to thank Mr. Way for his work as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Geoff Balderson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and will now fill the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Carrie Cesarone, the Company’s Corporate Secretary, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
