CAIRO RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING LOCATION

Vancouver, BC—April 1, 2020 Cairo Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: QAI) announces that it annual general and special meeting of shareholders of the Company (the “Meeting”), which was originally to be held at Suite 1500, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) will now be held at the Company’s offices at 10:00 am (Vancouver time) on April 6, 2020. Due to ongoing concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, other shareholders, and employees, the Company is encouraging shareholders and others not to attend in person. Any shareholders wishing to attend the Meeting in person are asked to exercise all care and caution prior to attending the Meeting and only do so in accordance with the guidelines of the national, provincial and municipal health authorities and not to attend in the event they, someone they reside with or have come into close contact with has or suspect they may have symptoms associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19) or the flu.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the matters before the meeting by proxy, and may also use the following information to listen to the Meeting via conference call:
