WALKER ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

Vancouver, B.C. May 3, 2019 - Walker River Resources Corp. (“Walker” or the “Company”) (TSX- V: “WRR”) is pleased to announce that all resolutions tabled at the Company`s Annual Meeting on May 2, 2019, were approved by the shareholders.

All incumbent directors, being Mr. Michel David, Mr. Eugene Gauthier, Mr. Chris Hobbs, and Mr. Renè Lessard, were re-elected. Following the AGM, the board of directors re-appointed Michel David as CEO and President and Chris Hobbs as CFO and Corporate Secretary.
