Catalina Energy Corp. (NEX – CEA.H) announces that the cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on August 7, 2009, and the cease trade order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on November 5, 2009 have been revoked effective January 5, 2011. The Company, at the present time, does not currently have any material assets or interests in properties, but intends to seek opportunities in the mining sector while maintaining its status on the TSX V-NEX with the ultimate goal of completing a financing to raise working capital, completing a property acquisition and graduation to TSX V Tier 2, all of which will be subject to further regulatory approvals.
