Quadro Resources Ltd. Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, BC November 20, 2013 – Quadro Resources Corp. (TSX-V: QRO) (“Quadro” or the “Company”) announces that George Cavey, who has been on the Board of Directors for over 10 years, has decided to retire. We want to thank George for his hard work, dedication and insight he has brought to the Company and the Board. His professionalism, experience and hard work will be missed by the Company.

We wish George and his wife Annette many years of happy retirement.

R. Timothy Henneberry P.Geo. (BC) is joining the Board of Directors.

Mr. Henneberry is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia with over 33 years experience in both exploration and production and public company senior management. He has extensive experience in mineral exploration and development for precious and base metals and industrial minerals. He has worked in western and northern Canada, southwestern United States, Africa and South America. Mr. Henneberry was a founding Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Appleton Exploration Inc. from 2006 to 2011 and founding Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo Exploration Inc. from 2009 to 2011, raising in excess of $11 million dollars for the two companies. He is currently a Director of Sojourn Ventures Inc. and Carolina Capital Corp.
