Shine Minerals Corp. Announces AGM results

KELOWNA, British Columbia, December 9, 2022 – SHINE MINERALS CORP. (NEX:SMR.H) ("Shine") is pleased to report that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated October 20, 2022 for the annual and special meeting of shareholders of Shine held on November 22, 2022 (the “Meeting”) were elected as directors of the Company. The appointment of each of the nominees to the Company’s board was approved by more than 99% of the votes cast at the Meeting.

Shareholders at the Meeting also approved the appointment of the Company’s auditors, the Company’s stock option plan

Further approval was obtained from shareholders in respect to the possible consolidation of shares; approval of the Company’s proposal to Continue the Corporation to the province of Alberta and approval and authorization for the delisting of shares from the TSX Venture Exchange should the Board deem it to be in the best interest of the shareholders.
