Vancouver, B.C., August 1, 2013 – WPC Resources Inc. (“WPC” or the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr. Don Merrick and Mr. John Zimmerman from its Board of Directors effective immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. Merrick and Mr. Zimmerman for their past service and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

The Company will look to fill these vacant Board seats as business opportunities develop.
