VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA CANADA – August 23, 2016. The Company announces that Seamus Young has resigned as President, CEO, and Director of Golden Harp Resources Inc. (the “Company”). Shaun Maskerine, currently a director of the Company, has been appointed as President and CEO.

The Company also announces the appointment of Freddie Leigh to the Board of Directors. Mr. Leigh is the principal of a private British Columbia company that provides advisory services to publicly listed companies. He has over 12 years of experience with companies in the mining and technology sectors and currently serves as a director for Brassneck Capital Corp. and West Melville Metals Inc.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Young for his support and contributions to the Company and the Board wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
