VANCOUVER, BC, January 19, 2011 – Vatic Ventures Corp. (NEX: VCV.H) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its qualifying transaction (the “Transaction”) that was initially announced in a news release on May 18, 2010 and more particularly described in its filing statement dated December 29, 2010 (the “Filing Statement”) and supplementary news release dated January 14, 2011.
