MAG COPPER ANNOUNCES ADDITION TO BOARD

June 17, 2011 – Mag Copper Limited (the “Company”) (CNSX: QUE-CN) announces that John Cullen has been appointed a director of the Company.

Mr. Cullen has over 25 years experience in public company financing, corporate/capital structuring and management. Following 15 years of investment brokerage experience, Mr. Cullen founded a number of public international resource companies, including CGX Energy Inc. and Candax Energy Inc. Mr. Cullen is a founder / board member of a number of oil and gas and mining enterprises.

In connection with the appointment, Michael Whitney has resigned as Director of the Company.
