Zimtu Capital Corp. Acquires Common Shares of Saville Resources Inc.
January 10, 2018 - Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXv: ZC) (FSE: ZCT1) (the “Company” or “Zimtu”) issues this press release pursuant to Part 3.1 of National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues with respect to Saville Resources Inc. (“Saville”).
On December 18, 2017, Zimtu acquired of an aggregate of 3,650,000 common shares (each, a “Common Share”) at a deemed price of $0.06 per Common Share of Saville pursuant to debt settlement arrangement.
Prior to the December 18, 2017 issuance of common shares, Zimtu held 296,000 common shares of Saville.
Following the December 18, 2017 issuance of common shares, Zimtu held an aggregate of 3,946,000 common shares, representing 17.1% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Saville.
These securities were being acquired for investment purposes only. Depending on economic or market conditions or matters relating to Saville, Zimtu may choose to either acquire additional securities or dispose of securities of Saville.
