INTERNATIONAL SAMUEL PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE
June 20, 2016 - Vancouver, BC – International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: ISS) (the “Company”) announces that at this time it is not proceeding with its previously announced change of business transaction. The Company is continuing to pursue negotiations with the vendor to determine whether or not the parties will be able to come to definitive terms with respect to the Company acquiring the exclusive rights to market the PolarChem Cleaning System for use in coal-fired power plants in China. However, the Company is also continuing to evaluate other potential new projects/opportunities, in the resource sector and in the technology sector, which may have the potential to enhance shareholder value. There are no assurances that any of the assets or properties under review will meet management’s criteria for potential acquisitions or that they can be acquired on terms acceptable to the Company. The Company will provide shareholders with updates on the status of these opportunities if and when material information becomes available.
The Company is seeking reinstatement of the trading of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange in conjunction with the dissemination of this updating news release.
