2010 Annual General Meeting and Election of New Directors

Vancouver – October 29, 2010 - Logan Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (TSXV:LGR) announces the following corporate updates.

The Company held its annual general meeting (the “Meeting”) on September 30, 2010, at which all matters were approved. Seamus Young, Peter F. Cummings and Paul Reynolds were re-elected as directors for the ensuing year. In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the election of two new directors, Mark Morabito and Shaun Maskerine.

Mr. Morabito is an executive with a background in corporate finance and securities law. He has over 15 years experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining and small business venture capital with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development. Mr. Morabito graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. and completed his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario. Since 2003, Mr. Morabito has been directly responsible for leading several public companies. He has raised over $100.0 million for these companies as well as established listings on the TSX Venture, TSX and NYSE-Amex exchanges.

Mr. Maskerine served as VP, Investment Banking for a small firm specializing in resource companies until May 2008. He then served as director and Corporate Secretary of Waratah Coal Inc., an Australian based coal exploration company until its takeover in December 2008. Mr. Maskerine is currently a director and VP of Golden Harp Resources, director of Acme Resources, and director and Corporate Secretary of WCB Resources.
