Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, February 4, 2011– Ringbolt Ventures Ltd. (TSXV: RBV) (the “Company”) wishes to announce the granting of 900,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants. These options are exercisable for up to five years at a price of $0.31 per share.
