TRUE GRIT ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NICOLAS BARR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Vancouver, BC (April 12, 2018) True Grit Resources Ltd (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nicholas R. Barr to the board of directors.

Mr. Barr, a geologist, has over 40 years of industry experience primarily in exploration for precious and base metals, massive sulfides, uranium, industrial minerals and gold placers in Arizona, Nevada, California and Idaho. His recent consulting included 18 months engaged in all phases of lithium-in-brine exploration in Clayton Valley, Nevada. Mr. Barr earned his B.S. Geology at Southern Oregon State University (1978).

“Nick’s experience in drilling, target generation, and permitting and his background in lithium brine exploration will be invaluable to True Grit” states Byron Coulthard.

True Grit has acquired a very strategic land position in the Safford Basin of Arizona. The Company looks to refine drilling targets in the very near future to test the economic potential of the project based on historical water well sampling by the US Geological Survey in the 1980's and 90's documenting anomalous lithium, as well as True Grit's recent encouraging results generated through the combination of MMI soil geochemistry and resistivity data interpretation.

Mr. Alan Williams has resigned from the board effective immediately. The company thanks Al for all his work and wishes him all the best going forward. Mr. Williams will be a consultant to help the company.
