ROKMASTER EXTENDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

(November 1, 2013, Vancouver, B.C., Canada) - Rokmaster Resources Corp. (the “Company”) announces that it has received approval from the British Columbia Registrar of Companies to extend the date of its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) due to be held on December 28, 2013 to June 28, 2014. As such, the Company will hold its AGM on or before June 28, 2014. The details of the AGM will be announced in the Company’s Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders at a later date.
