Vancouver, British Columbia, July 9th, 2015 – New Destiny Mining Corp. (TSX-V: NED) (the “Company” or “New Destiny) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Anthony Zelen as Director of the Company. Mr. Zelen is currently the President of Senergy Communications Inc., an Investor Relations and Marketing firm that provides full-service corporate communications to a myriad of public companies. Mr. Zelen also sits on the board of multiple public companies.
In 2000, Mr. Zelen helped create and establish Mindshare Communications Inc. an Investor Relations firm which represented many public companies. In 2009, he became a Director of Osia Ventures Ltd. and Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc. where he helped raise capital and provided crucial expertise in reaching new investor bases. From 2011 to 2013 he served as a Director of Vida Ventures Ltd. Mr. Zelen currently continues as a Director of Fitch Street Capital Corp and Quantum Minerals Corp.
The Company has also accepted the resignation of Steven Cresswell as Director of New Destiny Mining Corp. The Company would like to thank Mr. Cresswell for his services and wishes him the best of luck in all his future endeavors.
