Rainy Mountain announces changes to its Board of Directors

West Vancouver, British Columbia – July 22, 2014 – Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp. (the “Company” or “Rainy Mountain”) wishes to report that Ronald Coombes (former President and director), Edward Yurkowski (director) and Paul Saxton (director) have voluntarily resigned from these positions with the Company. Rainy Mountain wishes to thank these individuals for their significant contributions to the Company over a number of years.

In connection with the above, Douglas Mason, Chief Executive Officer, will take over the position and duties of the Company’s President as the Company continues its focus of acquiring mineral resource exploration properties of merit.
