Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, June 24, 2019 – Great Atlantic Resources Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV: GR) wishes to proceed with a share consolidation of its 58,934,088 issued common shares without par value into 5,893,409 common shares, on a basis of ten (10) old shares for one (1) new share (the “Consolidation”) which was approved by way of directors’ resolutions.
The Company does not plan to change its corporate name in conjunction with the Consolidation and the Consolidation remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
