CRYSTAL LAKE ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Crystal Lake Mining Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Michor to its Board of Directors. Mr. Michor is a businessman and licensed real-estate broker. He has being active in the management of public resource companies for many years.

Messrs. Ellis Martin and Glen Harder have tendered their resignations as directors of the Company for personal reasons. The Company thanks them both for their service and wishes them well in the future.
