MINING PERMIT RENEWAL AND DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS

Vancouver, British Columbia / July 20, 2020 - Corsurex Resource Corp.,(CSE: CRC) (the

“Company”) announces the following:

Mining Permit Renewal

The Company is pleased to announce the renewal of the Groete Gold Copper Mining Permits, in Guyana.

The Guyana Geology and Mines Commission has accepted the annual renewal for the 3,421 acre

property, which is comprised of three Mining Permits and is located 64 kilometers west-southwest of

Georgetown, the capital of Guyana. The Groete Gold Copper Project has a NI 43-101 compliant inferred

gold and copper resource, which is the subject of future exploration plans of the Company.

Director Appointments

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of two directors.

Mr. William (Bill) Feyerabend has over thirty five years of experience in mineral exploration in twelve

countries. He has worked at every level from prospect evaluation to regional exploration to discovery

and development of major gold deposits. He was part from discovery to production of the million ounce

Mesquite gold mine in California and the multi-million ounce Chimney Creek (now Twin Creeks) mine in

Nevada. Mr. Feyerabend also served as Project Manager for one of the largest gold mines in the world,

the large Brisas Gold Mine in Venezuela. Mr. Feyerabend is very familiar with the Company’s Groete

Gold Copper Deposit, having supervised exploration on site at the project in 2012.

He has been a Certified Professional Geologist since 2007 and has authored technical reports on gold

projects in five countries. In addition to gold, he also has been part of the discovery of industrial

minerals, base metal and lithium brine deposits. Most recently he helped bring Flagstaff Minerals’

Kingman Project (Arizona) thru permitting and drilling. He is a 1972 graduate of the University of

Southern California with a B. Sc. Geology degree. He will serve on the independent audit committee.

Mr. Richard Barnett, C.P.A., C.G.A, is currently a director of three TSX.V companies and C.F.O. of several

TSX.V or CSE listed companies. Mr. Barnett has over 30 years of accounting and management experience

with companies involved in gold exploration in Guyana, South America, Guinea, West Africa, Quebec,

Canada and Iceland. He is President and C.E.O. of Jerico Management Ltd., a privately owned company

since 2001. Mr. Barnett will serve on the independent audit committee.
