DOUGLAS PROCTOR RESIGNS AS A DIRECTOR

DV Resources Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to announce that Thomas E. Wharton Jr. has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Mr. Wharton has 30 years of experience in the start-up, development, and financing of early stage companies and has served as CFO, CEO, and Board Member for various private and public companies. Mr. Wharton has a Bachelors degree in accounting from Creighton University in Omaha, NE., and since 2012 has worked as a consultant to various exploration stage junior mining companies and investment funds focused on junior mining and fossil fuel investment opportunities.

Douglas Proctor has resigned as a Director of the Company. Mr. Proctor was originally appointed a Director of the Company in mid-2000. The Company’s Board wishes to thank Mr. Proctor for his services to the Company during the more than 14 years that he was a Director.
